Council Minutes of 12-15-2020 <br />Resolution 2020-144 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution to cooperate with the Director of Transportation of the Ohio Department of <br />Transportation for a project to resurface Brookpark Road (S.R. 17) between Lorain Road <br />and the eastern North Olmsted corporation limit, including gateway enhancements at <br />Lorain Road and at I.R. 480 in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as the Planning <br />Director expressed the need to complete submission of the cooperative agreement before <br />the end of the year. Resolution 2020-144 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2020-146 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution dispensing with the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement with the Senior Transportation Connection of Cuyahoga County to provide <br />for, among other services, senior citizen transportation services, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution 2020-147 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase two (2) 2021 Ford Explorer Police <br />Interceptor vehicles at a cost of $65,508.00 through the State Purchase Program; and <br />further authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract documents. <br />Resolution 2020-148 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer <br />Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and <br />software in the North Olmsted Police Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2020-149 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones on behalf of herself and all of Council. An Ordinance to revise the Codified <br />Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages; and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2020-150 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing and affirming the Mayor's acceptance of a scoreboard for the <br />Recreation Center Ice Rink offered by the North Olmsted Hockey Club and further <br />13 <br />
