Special Council Minutes of 12-22-2020 a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kelly moved for adoption. Ordinance 2020-131 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2020-132 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $1,260,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, rehabilitating, remodeling, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the Club House and Ballroom facilities at the City's Springvale Golf Course, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency.
