26.03 In the event any term or provision of this Agreement shall for any reason <br />be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or <br />unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision hereof, and this Agreement <br />shall be interpreted and construed as if such term or provision, to the extent the same <br />have been held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, had never been contained herein. <br />ARTICLE 27. NOTICES <br />27.01 Notice of cancellation of this Agreement as amended or the terms contained <br />in this Amendment shall be delivered by certified mail. FORM OF AGREEMENT <br />28.01 MUNICIPALITY acknowledges that there may be variations between the <br />Article numbers and titles contained in MUNICIPALITY'S Water Service Agreement and <br />this Amendment. MUNICIPALITY agrees that the revisions to each provision set forth in <br />this Amendment shall apply to the applicable provision of MUNICIPALITY'S particular <br />Water Service Agreement, irrespective of the corresponding Article number associated <br />with that provision. <br />21 <br />
