Table 1 may be revised by PURVEYOR, and sent to the Suburban Water Council of Governments ("CO(S') for comment and to any MUNICIPALITY with a Capital Improvement project in the upcoming year, no more often than January ofeach year. Any revision to Table 1 will in no way interfere with PURVEYOR'S obligation to maintain the distribution mains and the water works system. Allowable water work bid items may include reasonable contingency (1096 or |e53).
