Council Minutes of 3-16-2021 Resolution 2021-22 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Service to solicit quotes for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the 2021 Catch Basin Rehabilitation Program, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best contractor. Resolution 2021-23 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase one (1) Kubuta mini excavator and trailer from Akron Tractor & Equipment at a cost of $102,596.00 through the State Purchase Program; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract documents, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2021-24 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts with the City of Fairview Park, Ohio for the purpose of providing the City of Fairview Park with police dispatch services and for the further purpose of housing Fairview Park prisoners in the North Olmsted City Jail. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Building, Zoning & Development meeting for Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 7:15 p.m. to discussion Ordinance 2020-145. The Director of Planning & Community Development is asked to attend. Council President Pro -Tem Glassburn called a Special Council meeting for Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to consider 2021-15, the 2021 permanent budget, on third reading. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets & Transportation meeting for Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss an opportunity for the Clague Road repaving and safety grant. The Director of Planning & Community Development is asked to attend. Councilwoman Hemann scheduled an Environmental Control meeting for Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 7:20 p.m. to discuss Resolutions 2021-22 and 2021-23. The Mayor, Director of Planning & Community Development and City Engineer are asked to attend. Council President Pro -Tem Glassburn scheduled an Intra -Governmental Relations meeting for Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 7:35 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2021-21 and Resolution 2021-24. The Mayor is requested to attend. Council President Pro -Tem Glassburn scheduled at Committee of the Whole meeting for Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. to discuss return to Council Chambers. Councilman Brossard moved to excuse the absence of Council President Jones. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Roll Call: 7
