Council Minutes of 4-20-2021 <br />Resolution 2021-30 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman <br />Hemann. A Resolution extending for a second time temporary outdoor patio dining areas, <br />and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rules <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review as this was discussed in Caucus <br />this evening, it has previously been extended and she believed for the benefit of the <br />health, safety and welfare of our residents and businesses that suspension is necessary. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Hemann, Glassburn, Brossard, Williamson, Schumann, Limpert, Kelly <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilwoman Hemann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Glassburn and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Hemann, Glassburn, Limpert, Kelly, Schumann, Brossard, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2021-30 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2021-31 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to lease <br />replacement fitness/cardio equipment at the North Olmsted Recreation Center, as detailed <br />in the specifications on file in the Division of Recreation, and authorizing the Mayor, <br />following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and <br />best bidder. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Kelly scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks and Building committee meeting <br />for Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2021-31. The Recreation <br />Commissioner is asked to attend. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Jones adjourned the Council meeting at approximately 8:52 p.m. <br />Charles Massarolo II, Clerk of Council Nicole Daifey Jones e ident of Council <br />8 <br />
