Council Minutes of 6-15-2021 Skall Tipton/North Olmsted Gymnastics, Inc. for the provision of Professional Gymnastics Instruction Services at the North Olmsted Recreation Center for one (1) year. Ordinance 2021-42 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance dispensing with the requirements of North Olmsted Codified Ordinance Section 111.01, entitled "City Contracts Involving the Receipt of Funds" and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Cleveland Ice Storm Skating Club to provide concession services at the Recreation Center. Ordinance 2021-45 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones on behalf of herself and all of Council. An Ordinance Revising the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Glassburn, Hemann, Brossard, Williamson, Limpert, Kelly No: None Motion carried. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Limpert moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Schumann. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Limpert, Williamson, Brossard, Kelly, Hemann, Glassburn No: None Motion carried. Councilman Schumann excused 6-0. Councilwoman Williamson moved to adjourn into executive session to discuss the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee and to consider the purchase of property for public purposes. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Williamson, Limpert, Kelly, Hemann, Glassburn, Brossard. No: None Motion carried. Council adjourned into executive session 6-0.
