Special Council Minutes of 7-1-2021 <br />objections by the Police Department. Committee member Limpert asked if this <br />was a renewal or a new permit. The committee did not have a clear answer on it, <br />but Mr. Limpert was willing to let it move forward. The committee voted 3-0 to <br />recommend to Council to not object. <br />Councilman Brossard moved to not object to liquor permit 73935330790 Riser Food <br />Company. Liquor permit 73935330790 not objected to 7-0. <br />Councilwoman Williamson Chairwoman of the Building, Zoning & Development <br />Committee: <br />The Building, Zoning & Development Committee met on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 7:05 <br />p.m. Present were committee members Williamson, Schumann and Limpert; Council <br />members Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann and Kelly; Council President Jones; Mayor <br />Kennedy, Director of Finance Copfer, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of <br />Planning & Community Development Lieber, Assistant Director of Law O'Malley, <br />applicant and guests. <br />• Discussed was CMS 21-18812 DASHE, LLC located at 31441 Lorain Road. The <br />applicant proposes to construct a new office/warehouse facility, which is a <br />permitted use in the district. The BZBA granted two variances, one for pavement <br />and parking setback along the west property line and one for pavement and <br />parking setback along the south property line. Stormwater storage will be <br />provided underground. The only lighting proposed will be building mounted light <br />fixtures. No signage is proposed at this time. The committee voted 3-0 to <br />recommend to Council with the conditions imposed by the Planning & Design <br />Commission. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved to approve CMS 21-18812 DASHE, LLC located at <br />31441 Lorain Road with the recommendations imposed by the Planning & Design <br />Commission.
