extent feasible, the Contractor shall give particular attention to providing services to older <br />persons and adults with physical disabilities who are low-income, who are low-income <br />minorities, who have limited proficiency in the English language, who reside in rural areas, <br />or who are at risk for institutional placement (frail) in accordance with their need for such <br />services. <br />1.5 The Contractor shall specify how it intends to satisfy the need for services by consumers <br />with the greatest economic and social needs with particular attention to consumers who <br />are low-income, who are low-income minorities, who have limited proficiency in the <br />English language, who reside in rural areas, and/or who are at risk for institutional <br />placement. <br />1.6 The Agreement shall comply with the Older Americans Act and any additional federal <br />law governing, or federal rule regulating, the Agreement. <br />1.7 The Contractor warrants and covenants that during this Term of this Agreement it will <br />have the capability to and agrees to provide such service(s) as referred to above in <br />accordance with the Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) taxonomy of services and Agency <br />clarifications to said taxonomy of all services. This includes the requirement to comply <br />with the criminal records check under section 173.394 of the Revised Code and Rule <br />173-9-01 - 10 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC). <br />1.8 The Contractor shall comply with applicable Administrative Rules; those Rules are <br />posted on ODA's website and are part of the Ohio Administrative <br />Code: https:Haging.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/aging/agencies-and-service- <br />providers/rules-and-forms/currently-effective-rules <br />1.9 Contractors providing Nutrition Services shall comply with the provisions of Article X and <br />the applicable Rules of the Ohio Administrative Code including all documentation, <br />recordkeeping and other requirements of the following Rules: <br />OAC Topic / Service <br />173-4-02 Eligibility <br />173-4-03 Enrollment process <br />173-4-05.1 Congregate nutrition program <br />173-4-05.2 Home -delivered nutrition program <br />173-4-05.3 Restaurant and grocery meal service <br />173-4-05 Meal Service <br />173-4-08 Nutrition education service <br />POS 3 of 28 Final <br />
