This Agreement will be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. 19. Any person executing this Agreement in a representative capacity warrants that he or she has been duly authorized by his or her party to execute this Agreement on such party's behalf. 20. Either party may deliver a copy of its counterpart signature page to this Agreement by facsimile copy or electronic mail.
