An Ordinance to make appropriations for <br />current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year <br />ending December 31, 2022 and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2021-70 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations <br />for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year <br />ending December 31, 2021 and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kelly moved to <br />suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review due to time <br />sensitive issues. An Ordinance amending the rates of compensation <br />for administrative personnel in the Division of Aging for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023; <br />and otherwise restating the compensation rates and descriptions for various <br />administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution 2021-72 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of <br />R <br />
