CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021 — 72 <br />By: Mayor Kennedy <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE FISCAL OFFICER OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY TO PA Y TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, DURING <br />THE YEAR 2022 ALL MONEY DUE AND OWING SAID CITY FROMANY <br />COLLECTION SOURCE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the County Fiscal Officer be and is hereby requested to pay to the <br />City of North Olmsted during the year 2022 all tax money due and owing said city from any <br />and all tax collection sources. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward a certified copy of <br />the Resolution to the County Auditor. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect immediately and prior to <br />January 1, 2022; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Charles Massarolo II <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Kevin M.
