a <br />r r <br />5200 Dover Center Road 440 -777 - <br />North Olmsted, OH 44070 North -OI <br />COVID-19 Temporary Signs in Nonresidential Districts Policy <br />In order to assist in facilitating our businesses in notifying the public of operations during the current pandemic, <br />the following COVID-19 Temporary Signs in Nonresidential Districts Policy shall be effective immediately and <br />remain in effect until DeGernbe 31 -02 June 30, 2022. <br />(a) The requirement for an application or permit is waived. <br />(b) Signs shall be permitted until Oesember'�_ 2021 June 30, 2022. <br />(c) Nonresidential districts will be permitted the following temporary signage in addition to signage currently <br />permitted in Section 1163.13 (Temporary Sign Allowances): <br />1. Maximum number: two (2) per business unit <br />2. Maximum area per sign: twenty (20) square feet <br />3. Maximum height: six (6) feet <br />4. Types permitted: Yard, Banner, Window <br />All other requirements of the ordinance remain in effect.
