waived for any City contract that involves an expenditure of funds in an amount of three hundred <br />fifty dollars ($350.00) or less. <br />145.05 DIVISION OF SPRINGVALE. <br />There is hereby established a division of Springvale within the Department of Recreation and <br />Public Engagement. The Division of Springvale shall be headed by a Facility Operations <br />Manager, a full-time employee, who shall be responsible for its organization and <br />supervision. The Facility Operations Manager shall be appointed by and be answerable to the <br />Director of Recreation and Public Engagement. The Manager shall oversee the day to day <br />operations of the Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom. <br />(a) Duties. The Facility Operations Manager shall have charge of and shall supervise the <br />employees of the Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom. The Manager shall perform such other <br />duties as required and directed by the Director of Recreation and Public Engagement and <br />additionally as set forth in the job description on file within the Office of Director of Human <br />Resources. <br />(b) Employees. The staffing of the Division of Springvale Golf Course is hereby established <br />and is reflected in the organizational chart for the Department of Recreation and Public <br />Engagement contained in Section 145.99(c), which, as it pertains to this division only, is <br />incorporated herein as if fully rewritten. The Mayor shall establish the compensation of all <br />employees of the Division within the salary ranges established by City Council, to the extent that <br />such compensation is not otherwise established by contract, or federal, state or local law. <br />145.06 DIVISION OF AGING. <br />There is hereby created a Division of Aging within the Department of Recreation and Public <br />Engagement. The Division of Aging shall be headed by a full-time Senior Center Administrator. <br />The Administrator shall be appointed by and be answerable to the Director of Recreation and <br />Public Engagement. <br />(a) Duties. The Administrator shall have charge of the day to day operations of the Senior <br />Center and shall supervise the Outreach Coordinator, Maintenance, the Activities Coordinator <br />and the Title III -C Program Manager. The Administrator shall perform such other duties as <br />required and directed by the Director of Recreation and Public Engagement and additionally as <br />set forth in the job description on file within the Office of Director of Human Resources. <br />(b) Employees. The staffing of the Division of Aging is hereby established and is reflected in the <br />organizational chart for the Department of Recreation and Public Engagement contained in <br />Section 145.99(d), which, as it pertains to this Division only, is incorporated herein as if fully <br />rewritten. <br />145.07 DIVISION OF JUVENILE DIVERSION. <br />There is hereby created a Division of Juvenile Diversion within the Department of Recreation <br />and Public Engagement. The Division shall be headed by a Juvenile Diversion Coordinator. <br />The position shall in the discretion of the Mayor be either part-time or full-time. The <br />
