MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED DECEMBER 22, 2021 Present: Council Members Brossard, Glassburn, Kelly, Limpert & Schumann Also Present: Director of Finance Copfer, Director of Law Gareau, Director of Planning & Community Development Lieber and Clerk of Council Massarolo Absent: Council President Jones; Councilmembers Hemann & Williamson; Mayor Kennedy Council President Pro -Tem Glassburn called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. The Council Meeting Minutes of December 7, 2021 were approved as written. Councilman Brossard moved to remove Ordinance 2021-91 from the agenda. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kelly and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Brossard, Kelly, Limpert, Schumann, Glassburn No: None Motion carried. Ordinance 2021-91 removed from the agenda by a vote of 5-0. The following legislation will be considered for passage under suspension of the rules this evening: Second Reading: Ordinances 2021-76, 2021-88 along with Resolutions 2021-77, 2021-82, 2021-86, 2021-87 and 2021-89; First Reading: Ordinance 2021-90. REPORTS Director of Law Gareau: • No report. Director of Finance Copfer: • The October summary and detail statements were sent out this week via e-mail. Council President Pro -Tem, Committee of the Whole: The Committee of the Whole met on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Present were Council members Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann, Kelly and Limpert; Council President Jones; Director of Human Resources Gallo, Assistant Director of Law O'Malley and Assistant Director of Finance Sperling.
