Nith such declaration, the provisions set forth in Section 351.14 <br />shall he in effect. During the <br />emergency, no person shall park, cause to be parked. permit to be parked or <br />Permit to remmvn parked or to abandon or leave unattended, any vehicle of any <br />kind or desriotion upon the streets specified in Section j l,l;i.
