CI FN OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - 24 13y: MavorJones A RESOLUTION At THORIZING THE MAYOR TO PURCHASE TWO (1) NEW TORO GREEVSMASTER TRIFLEX 3300 HYDRAULIC MOWERS FROM JERRY PATE TURF & IRRIGATION AT A COST OF $105,331.82 THROUGH THE STATE PURCHASE PROGRAM, AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTF_ ALL CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGE,VCY. WHEREAS, the Springvale Goll Course Superintendent mcommends that the City acquire two I21 new Toro 3300 Greensmaster Mowers from JerrN Pale I Lirf & Irrigation for use at Springvale Golf Coupe, quoted at cost of S105332,82, as established by the Slate Purchase Pra,ram; and WHEREAS. it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to purchase said equipment thnnigh the State Purchase Program and to fiUl1hCl authorize the Mayor to execute any contract documents required for such equipment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTYOFC'UYAHOGA, AND STA IF OF OHIO: SECTION I: 1 hat the Mayor be and she is hcrehy authorized to purchase through the State Purchase Program. which was established bN R.C. Section 125.04, and which the City is authorized to participate in pursuant to the City Charter and Resolution No. 87-6. two ('_) new Ivan 3300 Greensmaster Mowers from JerrN Pate Turl & Irrigation for use at Springvale Golf Coursc. at a cost quoted at S105.332.82, as established on the State Purchase Prod'ant. all of which is described in the Quotation on file. I urther authoring an additional amount in excess of said quote in the event that said quote should expire prior to acceptance so long as airy such increase is approved by the Mayor and further conditioned upon appropriation of sullicienl funds bN Council. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute any contract documents with vendors and, as nccessary. to ell"ectuale the State Purchase Program. Any contract executed by the Mayor shall be in a forin and substance consistent with the provisions of this Resolution and he approved by the Director of Lal+.
