Council Minutes of 04-19-2022 <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert <br />and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Gilchrist, Glassburn, Hemann, Kelly, Limpert. Scarl, Williamson <br />No None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2022-27 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2022-28 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to accept the donation of exercise equipment from Dick's Sporting Goods, <br />valued at $5,151.38, to be located at the North Olmsted Police Station for use by the North <br />Olmsted Police Department, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Williamson moved to <br />suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kelly and <br />passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Gilchrist, Glassburn, Hemann. Kelly, Limpert, Scarl. Williamson <br />No. None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. Ordinance 2022-28 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2022-31 introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Jones. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Mad Bomber Fireworks Productions to <br />provide a fireworks display for the 2022 North Olmsted homecoming event, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution 2022-32 introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Jones. A Resolution <br />Authorizing the Mayor to Purchase One (1) Class 8 SA Hooklift Snow and Ice Truck Package <br />with Ancillary Dump Body and Hopper Spreader from Concord Road Equipment at a state <br />purchase price of $141.781.04, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract <br />documents, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kelly moved to suspend the rules <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Glassburn and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes'.
