Company agrees that it shall construct and maintain at all times the Project site and Facility in accordance with all applicable state and local building, health and safety codes_ 16 Company affirmatively covenants that it has made no false statements to the State or local political subdivisions in the process of obtaining approval of the Community Reinvestment Area incentives. If any representative of Company has knowingly made a false statement to the State or local political subdivision to obtain the Community Reinvestment Area incentives, Company shall be required to immediately return all benefits received under the Community Reinvestment Arca Agreement pursuant ORC Section 9.66(0)(2) and shall be ineligible for any future economic development assistance from the State, any state agency or a political subdivision pursuant to ORC Section 9.66(Ch I).
