This transition came with the angst of the unknown
and of change itself. However, i can attest that we transitioned without missing a
beat.
The professionalism that the staff at CVD has displayed has been outstanding. They
have been decisive and responsive to our needs at the operational and administrative
levels. There have been critical incidents in which f received an e-mail with the
original 9-1-1 call that came into the center before arriving on the scene. Not only
have they been responsive, but they anticipate our needs. Nick DiCicco and the team
that he has assembled are consummate professionals.
Our communities expect and deserve high standards from our Safety Forces,
including call -takers and dispatchers. It has been my experience that CVD meets that
standard of service. I have no regrets about our decision to transfer our 9-1-1 center
to CVD and recommend them without reservation.
Respectfully, _p
4z O
Joe Mays
Chief of Police
South Euclid Police Department
1349 South Green Road • South Euclid, Ohio 44 12 1-3 98 5 • (216) 691-4252 • Fax (216) 38 1-2074
