ATTACHMENT"A" <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ZONING MAP UPDATE SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The process for the City of North Olmsted Zoning Map Update consists of a single <br />phase with three (3) tasks described below. Completion of these tasks will ensure that <br />the Zoning Map aligns with past rezoning actions and reflects the updated legal zoning <br />for all parcels within the City of North Olmsted. <br />Phase 1: Zoning Map Update <br />Task 1.1: Identify Needed Zoning Map Updates <br />County Planning staff will partner with the City to identify past rezoning actions <br />taken by the City to compile a list of needed changes to the Zoning Map; County <br />Planning will review and include recommended changes to current Zoning <br />Districts that will be reflected in both the current Zoning Code and updated <br />Zoning Map. <br />• Task 1.2: Prepare Updated Zoning Map <br />The City will provide related AutoCAD, GIS, or other electronic files, and County <br />Planning will prepare a Geographic Information System (GIS) zoning map that <br />will include updated Zoning Districts. County Planning will export the GIS map in <br />various formats including GIS, PDE, and Adobe Illustrator files for transmittal to <br />the City. <br />• Task 1.3: Prepare Online Zoning Map <br />County Planning will construct an online map for use by the City and available to <br />embed on the City's website for all users. The map will include up-to-date <br />Zoning District and links to the Zoning Code. <br />The City of North Olmsted Zoning Map Update process includes multiple forms of <br />engagement between County Planning, City staff, Boards and Commissions, and City <br />Council. <br />At key points, County Planning will meet with a Project Team selected by the City to <br />review proposed Zoning Map updates. These meetings will be working sessions to <br />discuss changes, revisions, and next steps. Meetings at various points will ensure the <br />project remains on track and that the City is fully aware of all work being completed. It <br />is anticipated that the Project Team will include various Directors and Staff from <br />the Economic & Community Development and Law Departments, and Members of <br />the Building & Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning & Design Commission, and City <br />Council. <br />
