'JN, • _I , A, I I1,71 I I_i n.NP ,. ... rh A1,A , I.1 AN t I -i "I 1A.,«.1 CUYAHOGA COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 22609-A Approval of a Planning Services Agreement with the City of North Olmsted to prepare a Zoning Map Update WHEREAS, the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission is vested under the Ohio Revised Code with the duty to study, plan, and recommend regional needs, priorities, and policies, and to provide land use, zoning, development, and other planning services; and WHEREAS, the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission is a contracting authority pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 713.22(D) and 713.23(B)(4), and may contract with federal, state, and local units of government and civic organizations to provide planning and technical services; and WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has requested that the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission provide additional professional planning assistance to prepare an Update to the Zoning Map to reflect the City's Zoning Code; and WHEREAS, the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission must approve all contractual agreements that exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) per contract, between the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission and units of government or civic organizations; and WHEREAS, the total estimated cost of professional services for the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission to complete the City of North Olmsted Zoning Map Update is $7,000; and WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted by administrative action authorizes the Mayor of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission to update the City Zoning Map for a fee of not -to -exceed Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission hereby approves a Planning Services Agreement with the City of North Olmsted for a fee of up to $7,000,00.
