CITY OF NORTH OLYIS'I'ED ORDINANCE NO. 2022 - 79 BY: Mavor.lones, Councilntembers I Iemann, Scarl and Gilchrist AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 941.01 ENTITLED "CLASSIFICATIONS F,STABLISHED" OF CHAPTER 941 OF THE STREETS, UTILITIES AND PUBLIC SERVICES CODE ENTITLED "REFUSE COLLECTION." WHEREAS. in the spring of 201 1 the City of North Olmsted phased in a new and revised sestent of refuse collection by and through the use of automated collection; and WHEREAS, consequently this Council adopted revised standards for refuse collection in Chapter 941 (Ord. 20125)= and WHEREAS- it is the desire of this Council, consistent with the recommendations of the Administration. to establish new and revised procedures for refuse collection to provide removal services for residential neighborhoods within the Cily. NOW THERENORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: SF.CI'ION 1: That Section 941.01 "Classifications Vsmblished" which presently reads in its entirety as follows: 941.01 (LASSIFICATIONS F,S'1ADLISH1, D.
