NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATF OF OHIO: <br />SECTION I: I hal the ('ity of North Olmsted docs hereby establish the Fix Our <br />Fronts' Storefreal Renovation Grant Program and further adopts and establishes for its <br />operation the Program Eligibility and Requirements, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference as Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2: the Director of Economic and Community Development be and is <br />hereby designated as the "Fix Our Fronts- Storefront Renovation Grant Program <br />Administrator. Ile is authorized to prepare lox implementation a (irant Application and <br />Grant Agreement which shall be in the form and substance as set forth on the attached <br />Exhibits B & C attached hereto. with such changes in form and substance that are not <br />substantially adverse to the City and which are approved by the Director of Law.
