Council Minutes of 09-20-2022 Councilman Limpert, Chairman of the Building, Zoning and Development Committee scheduled meeting for Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 7:05 p.m. to discuss CMS 22-22253, CMS 22- 22724, CMS 22-22887, Springvale Ballroom and asked that the Mayor, Economic Development Director or designee be present. Mr. Limpert also noted that he may have a conflict and may have to change the time for the meeting. Councilman Limpert, Vice Chair of the Finance Committee scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 7:25 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2022-75, Ordinance 2022-83, Resolution 2022-86, Resolution 2022-87, and Ordinance 2022-88 and asked that the Mayor, the Finance Director or designee be present. Councilman Scad, Vice Chair of the Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 7:45 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2022-85 and asked that the Mayor, Recreation Director or designee be present. Councilman Kelly moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Glassburn. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Roll Call. Yes: Kelly, Williamson, Scarl, Limped, Gilchrist No None Motion carried. Councilman Glassburn excused 5-0. Councilwoman Williamson moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Hemann. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl and passed unanimously. Roll Call. Yes. Williamson, Scarl, Limped, Kelly, Gilchrist No: None Motion carried. Councilwoman Hemann excused 5-0.
