CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2022 - 92 <br />RY: Malloi Jones <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RE-ESTABLISHING CHAPTER <br />131.99(0) OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE ENTITLED ",MAYOR" IN <br />ORDER TO CREATE THE POSITION OF PART -TUNE SUPPORT <br />PERSONNEL WITHIN THE OFFICE OF MAYOR, DIVISION OF <br />MAYOR'S COURT AND DECLARINGAN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS. This Council vie Ordinance previoush estahlished the organisation of the <br />Office of Mavor, including Organicatiunal Charts, for the purpose ul. among other things, <br />organising and stating the divisions and employee complement tsithin the Off ice of Mayor: and <br />WHEREAS. the Administration has determined to supplement the personnel of the <br />Offce of Mayor, Division of Mayor's Court be creating positions of pan -lime support personnel: <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to implement the organizational chances <br />recommended by Mawr lone, as set Birth herein. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />.NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA C'OU.NTY. AND .STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: lhnt Chapter 131 "Mayor' which prescnlh read, as set forth un the <br />attached and incorporated Exhibit A. shall be amended and as amended shall read in its entirety <br />as set forth on the attached and incorporated Exhibit R. <br />SECTION 2: that am ordinance. or part of ordinance, in conflict or inconsistent with <br />this Ordinance. is. to the extent of Such conflict or inconsistency. repealed.
