Council Minutes of 11-01-2022 <br />3�H69Ai\l[HC. <br />Resolution 2022-89 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution <br />directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />during the Year 2023 all money due and owing said City from any collection source, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call <br />Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Kelly, Gilchrist, Williamson, Scarl, Hemann <br />No. None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2022-89 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2022-90 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance <br />dispensing with the RFP process otherwise required by Sections 111.03 at seq. of the <br />Administrative Code and authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, if <br />necessary, to enter into a one-year agreement with the Walter H. Drape Company for the <br />purpose of providing Ordinance Codification Services to the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. Ordinance 2022-90 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2022-92 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance <br />amending and re-establishing Chapter 131.99(c) of the Administrative Code entitled "Mayor' in <br />order to create the position of Part -Time Support Personnel within the Office of Mayor, Division <br />of Mayor's Court and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Glassburn. Ordinance 2022-92 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2022-93 introduced by Councilman Glassburn on behalf of all of Council was given <br />its second reading. An Ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for Council -At -Large <br />Members for the term of office commencing January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2027, <br />Resolution 2022-94 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Recreation & Public Engagement to solicit bids for the rental of golf <br />carts and related vehicles for Springvale, and upon approval of the Board of Control, further <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl and passed 7-0. <br />
