CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2022 - 95 <br />BY: Mavor Jones <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RE-ESTABLISHLNG SECTION <br />141.99(d) OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE ENTITLED "COMPOSITION <br />AND ORGANTZA TION OF THE DEPARTMENT OFPUBLIC SERVICE" IN <br />ORDER TO CREA TF THE POSITION OF "PRETREATMENT BIOSOLIDS <br />COORDINATOR" AND TO AMEND THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART <br />ACCORDINGLY. <br />WHEREAS, this Council via Ordinance preciously established the organization of the <br />Department of Public Service, including Organizational Charts, for the purpose of, among other <br />things, organizing and stating the divisions and employee complement within the Department: and <br />WHEREAS. the Administration has recommended to establish the position of Pretreatment <br />Biosolids Coordinator within the Division of Wastewater 7l'eatment Plant of the Department of <br />Public Seivicc: and <br />WHEREAS_ it is the desire of this Council to implement the organizational changes <br />recommended by the Administration as set forth herein. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION I: that Section 141 99(d) "Composition and Organization of the Department <br />of Public Service` which presently reads as set forth on the attached and incorporated I xhibit A. <br />shall be amended and as amended shall read in its entirety as set forth on the attached and <br />incorporated Iixhibit R. <br />SECTION 2: ]'hat any ordinance, or part of ordinance. in conflict or inconsistent with this <br />Ordinance, is, to the extent of am such conflict or inconsistence, repealed.
