CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 2022 - 95 BY: Mavor Jones AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RE-ESTABLISHLNG SECTION 141.99(d) OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE ENTITLED "COMPOSITION AND ORGANTZA TION OF THE DEPARTMENT OFPUBLIC SERVICE" IN ORDER TO CREA TF THE POSITION OF "PRETREATMENT BIOSOLIDS COORDINATOR" AND TO AMEND THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART ACCORDINGLY. WHEREAS, this Council via Ordinance preciously established the organization of the Department of Public Service, including Organizational Charts, for the purpose of, among other things, organizing and stating the divisions and employee complement within the Department: and WHEREAS. the Administration has recommended to establish the position of Pretreatment Biosolids Coordinator within the Division of Wastewater 7l'eatment Plant of the Department of Public Seivicc: and WHEREAS_ it is the desire of this Council to implement the organizational changes recommended by the Administration as set forth herein. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION I: that Section 141 99(d) "Composition and Organization of the Department of Public Service` which presently reads as set forth on the attached and incorporated I xhibit A. shall be amended and as amended shall read in its entirety as set forth on the attached and incorporated Iixhibit R. SECTION 2: ]'hat any ordinance, or part of ordinance. in conflict or inconsistent with this Ordinance, is, to the extent of am such conflict or inconsistence, repealed. Conflicting or inconsistent provisions of any Ordinance shall be corrected at re -codification. SECTION 3: that this Ordinance shall take efTect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
