Council Minutes of 11-15-2022 Roll Call: Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Gilchrist, Kelly, Williamson, Hemann, Scarl No. None Motion carried. Resolution 2022-112 adopted 7-0. Resolution 2022-113 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading and requested suspension of the rules requiring three readings and formal Committee review. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a performance agreement with Doctor Soos Entertainment LLC to provide a concert in the North Olmsted Park by the band "E5C4P3 — the Journey Tribute" as a part of the Saturday in the Park Concert Series, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal Committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl and passed 7-0. Roll Call Yes: Hemann. An Ordinance Amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2022-38 (An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to request proposals for Professional Energy Conservation Services and Consulting for Reduction of City Energy Consumption and Utility Costs, further authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement with the firm selected in the RFP process), and declaring an emergency.
