<br />749.03 APPLICATION FOR MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT PERNIIT; EXPIRATION AND CONTENTS..
<br />(a) A person desiring to operate a message establishment within the City of North Olmsted shall first make application or the ('Inv of
<br />North Olmsted upon the fors prescribed by the City herclbr. An annual application, due not later than December 31st of each year.
<br />and fee payment shall be made at the Cir of North Olmsted Department of Public areas, 6200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted,
<br />Oleo 44070. Each such application shall include a fling fee of two hundred fifty dollars 62s0.00) which shall be non-refundable. Bach
<br />application must be completed in its entirely upon being filed with the City. All per,on, In whom this ('login, arouse shall make
<br />application in rhe year 2015, regardless of whether allwas Issued under. prior Chapter 949. Por 0te yoar2015. the annual
<br />application shall be due not later than Febmaq 15th.
