8. Employees in the position of Building Inspector shall have at least one (1) State of Ohio certification as a Building
<br />Inspector. Plumbing Inspector or Electrical Safety Inspector. For each additional State of Ohio certification as a
<br />Building Inspector, Plumbing Inspector or Electrical Safety Inspector, the employee shall receive an additional $1.00
<br />per hour, not to exceed an additional $2.00 per hour for employees with all three (3) certifications. Trainee
<br />certifications shall not be considered additional certifications for the purpose of receiving additional hourly
<br />compensation.
