Section 15: Boot and Clothing Allowance That the following full-time employees shall be reimbursed by the City in an amount not to exceed $750 annually for the purchase or purchases of boots and clothing by such employees for use in their employment with the City of North OlmstedRoad Foreman, Forestry Foreman, Fleet Manager, Waste Water Treatment Plant Superintendent Waste Water Treatment Plant Assistant Superintendents (Plant, Collections and Maintenance); Waste Water Collection System Foreman; Laboratory Chemist, and Golf Course Maintenance Supervisor. The aforementioned allowance shall be paid during the first pay period after January 1st of each year. Section % Commercial Drivers License (CDL) That the following full-time employees who have a Class A CDL will receive an additional fifty-five cents per hour for all hours worked. Road Foreman', ForestryForeman Fleet Manager, and Collection System Foreman. Section 17: Electronic Deposit All forms of compensation shall be paid by electronic deposit to commence at the City's convenience, but not less than thirty (30) days after adoption of this ordinance. If it is determined that an employee is not bankable, a check will be issued for all forms of compensation for such employee. Section 18: That all Ordinances or Resolutions or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 19: That this Ordinance shall hereby be declared an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council then it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
