CONEBYF COURT <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO ) JUDGE BRIAN R HAGAN <br />INSPECTION AT: ) ADMINISTRATIVE SEARCH WARRANT <br />FOR CONDEMNATION INSPECTION <br />28757 Oring Dr., North Olmsted, OH ) <br />P✓hereaS, the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by and through counsel, filed a Petition <br />requesting this Court to grant authority for City officials, and County officials, together with <br />service contractors, is necessary, to enter into and inspect the residential structure located at <br />28757 Oring Drive, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070; and, <br />Whereas, this Court has received and reviewed Afdavitnoar Property inspector lames <br />McGaughey ofthe City of North OLnstcd, Ohio, which is incorporated by reference and, <br />Whereas, h is reported to this Court that the City has not been granted consent to enter <br />the interior of the premises by the listed property owner, Suzy M. Walsh; and, <br />Whereas, it is reported to this Court that the City has issurd notification to The Northern <br />Trost Company regarding this Petition and the City has further assured the Court that its legal <br />counsel will be notified of proposed entry into the interior ofihe purses; and <br />Upon due consideration of the evidence presented, the Court hereby finds probable cause <br />for the issuance o.' a search warrant based upon reasonable suspicion that die residential <br />stmcturc may be in violation of Chapters 949, 1763 and 1364 ofba, Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, the OaiD Bolding Code, or other fire, safety and It coda <br />requirements for occupancy and habitation upon entry and observation of the interior. <br />Therefore, Y0I1 ARE THEREFORE COMNIANDED TO INSPECT, INVEST IOATE <br />AND SEARCH, pursuant to P C 3752.12 and 2933.21(F), and Jb ch may include observations, <br />
