CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEU RESOLUTION NO. 2022 -120 By: Mayor Jones A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH N.P. MASONRY AND ANTHONY BARBER CONTRACTING TO PERFORM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AT THE RECREATION CENTER, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the Director of Recreation and Public Engagement recommends and requests authorization from this Council lot the Mayor to enter into a Project Contract with N.P. Masonry and Anthony Barber Contracting to perform construction services at the North Olmsted Recreation Center to enhance amenities of the pool facilities: and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, based on the recommendation of the Administration, to authorize the Mayor to enter into a Project Contract with N.P. Masonry and Anthony Barber Contracting as described by Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF Cl/YAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to enter into a Project Contract with N.P. Masonry and Antlmnv Barber Contracting, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A. to provide construction services in the amount of $23,500.00 and not to exceed 24.500.00. Any contract executed by the Mayor shall be in a form and substance consistent with the provisions of this Resolution and be approved by the Director of Law.
