CITY OF NORT1111 OLMS"I'ED RESOLD NON NO. 2022- 108 RN: Mayor Jones A RESOLUTION AI THORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER IN 10 A ONE YEAR CONTRACT WITH TACCOMPUTER IN('. 12Y ORDER TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES TO COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE IN THE NORTH OLMSTED POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND DECLARINGAN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the Cit)'s current contract with l A(' Computer Inc., providing maintenance and repair services Ibr certain computer hardware and soRware in the North Olmsted Police Department expires on December 11. 2011: and WHEREAS_ it is the reconatcndation of the Director of Puhlic Salcey that the said contract he immediatch renewed on similar terms and conditions for the Near 2023, because cmttinuitN of due scrviccs provided is vital and necessmr forthe essential operations (if the Police Department and WHEREAS, it is accordinglN the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into a one (1 ) Near renewal contract with I A(Computer Inc. to procidc maintenance and repair scrviccs for compiler hardware and soflwarc for the North Olmsted Police Department for the Near 2023. NOW', THEREFORE, RE IT RESOL V'ED B THE COUNCIL OF' THE (TTY Of NORTH OLVISTED, COUNTY OF' Cl/YAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: lltat the Mawr be and she herchN is authoriicd to enter into a one (I) Near renewal ' extension contract with TAC Computer Inc., for the period JanUaIN I. 201_1 through December 31, 2023, in order to pros idc maintenance and repair sen'ices Ibr computer hardware and software for the North Olmsted Police Department. the renewal contract shall he in form and substance substanlialh similar to the attached Ilat Rate Scrvice Agreement, marked as I`.xhibit A. and attached hereto. with nIN such changes to he hereinafter made in said contract as arc not nthstantiadN adNcrse to the City and which arc approved hN the Director of Law. the character of anN such chances as not being subslantialIN adverse to the ( itN shall he evidenced conclusivcl� he the execution of the Agreement bN the Mayorand the approval of the Agreement by the Director of Law.
