CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - 109 By: MayorJones A RESOLUTION AUTIIORIZING TIIE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A ONE, YEAR CONTRACT WITH TAC COMPUTER INC IN ORDER TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES TO COMPUTER HARDWARE AND .SOFTWARE LN THF ,NORTH OLAISTE.D FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS. the Citv's current contract with I AU Computer Inc, providing maintenance and repair services for certain computer hardware and software in the North Olmsted Piro Department expires on Decemher 31, 2022: and WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Director of Public Safety that the said contract be immediately renewed oil the exact same terms and conditions for the year 2023, because continuity of the services provided is vital and necessary tier the essential operations of the Fire DepartmenC and WHEREAS, it is accordingly the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor- to enter into a one (I) year renewal contract with IAC Computer Inc. to provide maintenance and repair services for computer hardware and software Ibr the North Olmsted Dire Department fix the year 2023. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAIIOGA, AND STATE OFOHIO: SECTION 1: That the Macor be and she hereby is authorized to enter into a one-year renewal / extension contract with IAC Computer Inc..
