Prices are bases 3n rr0 3'S 3,:43-'---- <br />exam rater <br />PERSONNEL SELECTION SERVICES <br />2023-24 PRICE LIST <br />PROMOTIONAL EXAMINATIONS <br />WRITTEN PROMOTIONAL EXAMINATIONS <br />Reference materials are selected by the City and may include textbooksreference books, local ordinance <br />books, policy manuals, rules & regulations, etc. Costs are based on the number of reference sources <br />specified for the examination. The cost includes development of a new.. locally based written examination, <br />administration and scoring of the examination <br />DEVELOPMENT: $400.00 per reference source <br />(Minimum $2000.00) <br />ADMINISTRATION: No charge for the first 25 Candidates <br />($25.00 for each additional Candidate) <br />Applicant Review Sessions will be arranged, at an additional cost, in accordance with the requirements of <br />the jurisdiction. <br />ORAL INTERVIEW SESSIONS <br />Material for the oral interview sessions is extracted from departmental manuals, Standard Operating <br />Procedures, Rules & Regulations. generally accepted professional practices. etc. A panel of 3-5 subject <br />matter experts conducts the interview sessions and an additional staff member serves as moderator of the <br />interviews. <br />DEVELOPMENT: $1500.00 <br />ADMINISTRATION: $200.00 per Candidate <br />(Minimum $1500.00) <br />Oral interview sessions may be tape recorded in the interest of accuracy. A representative of the Civil <br />Service Commission may observe the interviews if requested in advance and approved by appropriate <br />Labor Unions, etc. <br />ASSESSMENT CENTER EXERCISES <br />Several different exercises are available. Each exercise will vary in length and detail depending on the <br />weighting of the exercise. In order to present an accurate cost, it will be necessary to determine the extent <br />and number of exercises selected by the Commission. A meeting with the Commission. Chief of the <br />Division and a company representative is recommended. <br />DEVELOPMENT: $1500.00 <br />ADMINISTRATION: $200.00 per Candidate <br />
