This agreement is entered into effect on the 20 r day of Febmary, 2023 through the 31` day of December, 2024 by and between Personnel Research & Development Corporation dba PRADCO, of 178 East Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44022, (the "Company'"( end The City of North Olmsted, (the "Client). The parties agree as follows: 1 Services- Client hires the Company to provide certain rranagement psychological services as are listed on in the Compensation section below. 2 Compensation t. Client will uubce the following Company services. Pre -hire Assessment (with Psychological) for Police Officer or Firefighter $870 per candidate for PRADCO's standard report $980 per candidate for PRADCO', standard report plus'/, page training summary Advanced Supervisory Assessment $2,300/pp H 9 candidates) or $2,100/pp no feedback or $1,900/pp no feedback and 3 -page report ($2001 discount with 10 or crone candidates) Optional_SS2S Virtual onbaarding for newly prornoted leader Senior Supervisory Assessment $3750/pp ($200/pp discount with 10 c r more candidates) Client will be invoiced within 15 days after the execution date of any abovementioned service rendered. Payment in full will be due in 30 days from the invoice date- the only exception is that PRADCO will invoice the City for'C the amount ofa Manager Development P-ogram within twoweeks ofthe start aline program and the remaining balance during the last month of the program. 3 Warranties. Company represents, and warrants that the services provided by the Company shall meet with specifications contained herein. COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES.
