CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLCTION NO. 2022 - 117 <br />By: Mayor Jones <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH POOL.SIDE ADVENTURES TO LNSTALL AN <br />AQUATIC CLIMBING WALL AT THE RECREATION CENTER, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Recreation and Public Engagement recommends and <br />requests authorization from this Council for the Mayor to enter into a Purchase Agreement with <br />Pyramide LISA. Inc. d.b.a. Poolside Adventures for installation of an aquatic climbing wall at the <br />North Olmsted Recreation Center to enhance amenities of the pool facilities: and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council. based on the recommendation of the <br />Administration, to authorize the Mayor to enter into a Purchase Agreement with Pyramide LISA, <br />Inc. d.b.a. Poolside Adventures as described by Fxhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement <br />with Pyramide IISA, Inc., d.b.a.
