CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 2022 - 126 B) '_ Council president Brossard and All of Council AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES BY ADOPTING CURRENT REPLACEMENT PAGES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS. certain provisions within the Codified Ordinances Should be amended to conform with current State law as required by the Ohio Constitution; and WHEREAS- various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been passed by Council which should be included in the Codified Ordinances; and WHEREAS, Council has heretofore entered into a contract with the Walter II. Drane Company to prepare and publish such revision which is presently before Council: NOW, THEREFORE RE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF C UYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION I: 1 hat the ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, of a general and permanent nature, as revised, rccodificd. rearranged and consolidated into component codes. titles, chapters and sections within the December 2022 Replacement Pages to the Codified Ordinances are hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 2: That the following sections and chapters arc hereby added, amended or repealed as respectively indicated in order to comply with current State law: Traffic Code 337.10 Lights, Emblems. and Reflectors on Slow --Moving Vehicles. Farm Machinerv, Agricultural Tractors. and Animal -Drawn Vehicles. (Amended) 337.16 Number of lights: Limitations on Flashing, Oscillating or Rotating Lights.
