1/3/2023 PRELIMINARY LEGISLATION (CONSFNT- PAR 'I'IC I PAT' OR Y) 0rdinance/Resolution7l: PID Na.: 105909 CounlyfRoute/Section : CUY Bit FY2023 Meve The following is an ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted of Cuyahoga (Orainna[r/NCwIullUln (Intal Public Agency) County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the Local Public Agency (LPA). SECTION I — Project Description WHEREAS, the STATE has determined the need for the described project County -wide bridge repair project for structures on the interstate system which includes Great Northern Boulevard bridge over IR -480 (CUY-252-0434) and Columbia Road bridge over IR -480 (CUY-480-0446) in the City of North Olmsted. NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City of North Olmsted of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. (ITA) SECTION II — Consent Statement Being In the public interest, the LPA gives consent to the Director of Transportation to complete the above described project as detailed in theLPA-ODOT-Let Agreement entered into between the parties, if applicable SECTION Ill — Cooperation Statement The LPA shall cooperate with the Director of Transportation in the development and construction of the above described project and shall enter into a LPA Federal ODOT Let Project Agreement, if applicable, as well as any other agreements necessary to develop and construct the Project. The LPA further agrees repay /00%aJ'the cost of those features requested by the LPA which are determined by the State and Federal Highway Administratian to be unnecessaryfor the Project. The LPA agrees to participate in the cast aj the projectfor the 100% Local items such as, but not limited to, decorative fence and attached lettering on fence with the City,Name, etc.
