An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter Into a purchase agreement with Path Master, Inc to install 'Glance' GPS Preemption & Priority Traffic Control Signalization Systems, through the State Purchase Program, at a cost of $305,635.00 in approved ARPA funds and, upon approval of the Board of Control, further authorizing the Mayor to execute contract documents, and declaring an emergency. An Ordinance Amending Section 145.99(d) of Chapter 145 of the Administrative Code entitled "Department of Recreation and Public Engagement," for the purpose of creating Part -Time Support Personnel in the Division of Aging, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2023-25 was introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A Resolution dispensing with the REP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Vasco Sports Contractors to provide for turf maintenance at the Recreation Center, and declaring an emergency.
