CITY OF NOR III OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2023 - 24 <br />6Y: Mayor Dailey Joncs <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 145.99(4) OF CHAI'TER 145 OF <br />THE ADMINUTRATIVE CODE_ ENTITLED "DEPARTMENT OF <br />RECREATION AND PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT," FOR TINE PURPOSE OF <br />CREATING PART-TIME SUPPORT I'ERSONNEL IN THE DIVISION OF <br />AGING, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS. the Department of Recreation and Public Fiigagemcnl. with the Divisions of <br />Parks and Recreation. Springvale. Aging and Juvenile Diversion falling under the jurisdiction of <br />the Department. was created via Ord 202'_-3: and <br />WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Director of the Department of Recreation <br />and Public h:ngagement to amend 145.99(d) of Section 145.99 for the purpose of creating the <br />position of part-time support personnel within the Division of Aging: and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to amend 145A9(d) of Section 145,99 of the <br />Administrative Cade to create the position of pail -time support personnel within the Division of <br />Aging. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE "IT' OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 145.99 "Composition of the Department of Recreation and <br />Public Engagement" which presently reads in its entirety as set forth in lishibit A. which is <br />attached to this Ordinance and incorporated b} reference as if fully rewritten he -cin. shall be <br />amended at I44.99(d) and as amended, shall read in its entirety as set lonh in the attached <br />I!xhihit H. <br />SECTION 2: 1 hal amordinance, or part of ordinance. in conflict or inconsistent with <br />this Ordinance, is_ to the extent of om such conflict or inconsistency, repealed.
