CITY OF NOR Fit OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023 - 41 <br />BY: MavorJones <br />A FINAL RESOLUTION AVIIIORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER <br />INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF OHIO, <br />DEPARTMENT OF IRA.NSPOR TA TION FOR THE <br />REHABIL17AI10A OF THE GREAT NORTHERN BRIDGE NO. <br />CUY-151-0434, AND DECLARING,4N EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the following Final Resolution enacted by the City of North <br />Olmsted. hercinaller referred to as the Legislative Authority or Local Public AgcncN <br />(LPA), in the matter of stated described project. <br />W'HE'REAS, on the 71h day of Fehruan, 2023, the LPA enacted legislation <br />proposing cooperation with the Director of I ransportalion for the described project: <br />The project consists of rehabilitating Bridge No. CUY-252-0434 (SFN <br />18](1405) which carries (treat Northern Boulevard over I.R. 4811, including in <br />part the installation of decorative fence, king within the City of North <br />Ohnsted: and <br />W'IIEREAS. the I.PA shall cooperate with the Director of l iansportation in the <br />ahme described project as follows: <br />The C'itp agrees to assume and bear one Hundred percent (100%) of the cost <br />difference for the higher priced structure alternate on Bridge No. ('UF -252- <br />0434 (SFN 1810405). <br />In view of the fact that the I.M's share of the project is now estimated in the amount of <br />Zero and - - - - 00/101) Dollars, (S0.00). therefore, the City will not he required Io <br />deposit any funds at this time the ITA'.s ultimate share of the cost will be determined <br />Own final actual costs and allocations are determined. <br />WHEREAS, the Director of lr:msportation has approved said legislation <br />proposing cooperation and has caused to he made plans and specifications and an <br />estimate of cost and expense for improving the above described highway and has <br />transmitted copies of same to this legislative authority: and <br />WIIEREAS, this legislative authoril, desires the Director of 1lansporlation to <br />proceed with the aforesaid highway improvement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TINE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUY.4IIOGA AND STATE OF 01110: <br />
