Council Minutes of 03-07-2023 Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl passed 7-0. Resolution 2023-33 was introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading and suspension of the rules requested. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a three year contract with Met -Tel Communications to provide for 911 Emergency phone lines to the North Olmsted Dispatch Center, and declaring an emergency. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to solicit Statements of Qualifications (S.O.Q.) pursuant to the Request for Qualification (REQ.) process from qualified firms to conduct strategic planning services to fulfill the Charter -Mandated Ten (10) Year Master Plan Review requirement for the City of North Olmsted, and further authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement with firm selected through the R.F.Q. process
