§ 22.1.1 "Environmental Benefits" as used in Section 22.1 and this Section 22.2 means any and all credits, deductions, <br />benefits, emission reductions, incentives, offsets, and allowances, howsoever entitled, attributable to and arising from <br />the implementation of the Work, including any energy capacity, reliability, or other energy reduction attributes that <br />result from the implementation of the Work whether such Environmental Benefits now exist or are developed in the <br />future. All Environmental Benefits arising from the implementation of the Work shall be owned by Contractor. Owner <br />agrees to execute all required documentation to assign all Environmental Benefits to Contractor.
