CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 2023 - 63 BY: Mayor Jones A RESOLUTION DISPENSING WITH THE RFP PROCESS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH HYLAND SOFTWARE, INC., TO PROVIDE DIGITAL IMAGING SERVICES FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONVERTING STREET FILE IMAGES ATA COST OF $3,235.30. WHEREAS, the Director of Economic and Community Development has recommended that the City of North Olmsted contract with Hyland Software, hic., at a cost of $3,235.30 to provide digital imaging services to the City of North Olmsted for the purpose of converting street files for Engineering and Public Service Departments; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to authorize the Mayor to dispense with the RFP process outlined in Chapter 112 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances in order to expedite an immediate contract with Hyland Software for digital imaging services NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the formal RFP process required by Chapter 112 of the Administrative Code is hereby dispensed with in order to immediately retain professional services of Hyland Software Inc., and that the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Hyland to provide such services, all as set forth in the Agreement attached as Exhibit A. The Agreement executed by the Mayor shall be in a form and substance consistent with the provisions of this Resolution and as approved by the Director of Law. SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law as specified in the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
