CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2023 - 66 <br />BY: Mayor Jones <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY LAND <br />REUTILIZATION CORPORATION TO PURCHASE VACANT <br />PROPERTYKNOWNASPERMANENTPARCEL NUMBER 137-19-027. <br />WHEREAS, the Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corporation ("CCLRC"), offers <br />to sell and the City of North Olmsted proposes to purchase vacant land, further described as <br />PPN 237-19-027, in consideration of payment in the amount of One Hundred Dollars <br />($100.00) and other considerations; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to authorize the Mayor to negotiate and enter <br />into an Agreement with CCLRC to purchase vacant property pursuant to and consistent with <br />the terms and conditions outlined in the Agreement, attached as Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTYOF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor and Director of Law be and are hereby authorized to <br />negotiate and enter into a Pass -Through Sale -Purchase and Development Agreement with <br />CCLRC for the purchase of vacant land described as PPN 237-19-027, in consideration of <br />payment in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), based on and consistent with the <br />Agreement attached as Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2: That the Agreement with CCLRC shall be in the form and substance as <br />on file with the Department of Law, with such changes in form and substance that are not <br />substantially adverse to the City and which are approved by the Director of Law.
