MC 7500E radio unit is required to be so connected to the MARCS radio network Inc. <br />technology and that no other provider is authorized and available to provide connection services. <br />SECTION 3: The Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to enter into Service Orders <br />and Master Service Agreement with Agile Network for the installation and activation of two (2) <br />radio service connections, together with monthly service fees, for a five (5) term, with initial <br />installation costs of $2,160.00 and monthly recurring costs of $1,240.00, all as set forth in the <br />Master Service Agreement and Service Orders in substantially the same form as attached as <br />Exhibit A, subject however to such amendment as deemed necessary and appropriate by the <br />Director of Law in order to comply with legal requirements and in the best interests of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 4: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect immediately in order to most <br />expeditiously schedule and plan for installation of necessary services and equipment to enhance <br />provision of emergency dispatch service for the protection of persons and property; and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: JU <br />ATTEST: <br />BEATRICE TAYLOR <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />II// <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee.'
