An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the construction and maintenance of new custom decorative fencing and branding of same on the bridge carrying Great Northern Boulevard over Interstate Route 480. Ordinance 2023-69 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. An Ordinance Amending Section 902.03 entitled "Annual Registration Required" of Chapter 902 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Use of Public Right -of -Way by Service Providers and Contractors Performing Work of Service Provider Facilities', in order to provide for annual registration fees. Resolution 2023-71 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Holland Paving & Sealcoating to provide services to the Wastewater Treatment Plant at a cost of $5,500.00. Resolution 2023-72 introduced by Mayor Jones, placed on first reading and Suspension of the Rules requested. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept a gift, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, for the benefit of the Oxcart Food Pantry, from the Trustee of the Linda Sue Gregson Trust, in the amount of $92,612.37, and declaring an emergency.
